Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by order value or provider eligibility.

• PayPal / eligible card or wallet payments: processed through the payment provider’s secure payment environment.
• Klarna: available where offered and subject to Klarna’s eligibility and terms.
• Direct bank transfer: payment instructions and the order reference are provided for eligible orders.

HS Solid Fuels does not store the complete payment-card number or card security code entered into a third-party payment provider’s checkout.

Your order is not treated as paid until the relevant payment provider or our bank confirms payment. Orders paid by bank transfer can remain pending until cleared funds are received.

If a payment method fails, do not repeatedly submit payment unless the checkout confirms that no payment was taken. Contact info@hsfuels.co.uk if you are unsure.
